Q: What types of simulators do you offer?
A: We specialize in high-end simulators for racing, flight, golf, and skiing, and professional training applications. Each product is curated for performance, realism, and durability.

Q: Are your simulators turnkey solutions?
A: Yes, most systems arrive ready-to-run and include all major hardware. We also offer optional customization, accessories, and installation services to meet your specific setup needs.

Q: Can I customize my simulator?
A: Absolutely. Many of our systems are modular and can be tailored with different controls, motion platforms, seating, and visual configurations. Reach out and we’ll help build your ideal setup.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer shipping within the U.S.?
A: Yes, we currently ship to the lower 48 U.S. states. Free ground shipping is included on most orders. However, oversized or heavy products may require freight delivery with a flat $700 fee, and certain items that ship on pallets include an additional $275 pallet handling fee. These charges will appear at checkout when applicable.

Q: Is in-home setup available?
A: Yes. TruSimPlay can coordinate with our suppliers to assist with in-home setup, installation guidance, and product training. Availability and pricing vary depending on location and system type.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Delivery timelines vary by brand and configuration. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery window based on production and logistics. Most standard deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.
