At TruSimPlay, we offer secure, flexible payment options to make your premium simulator gear purchase seamless and stress-free.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) only. If you use a foreign banking institution, your bank may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees.
Authorization vs. Capture
When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized to verify funds. Authorizations remain active until TruSimPlay manually captures (collects) the payment once the order is verified and confirmed for fulfillment.
If an authorization is declined or expires before capture, we’ll notify you and request an alternate payment method.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
All orders are subject to verification and approval before they are processed and shipped. This includes verifying product availability, pricing accuracy, and applicable promotions. We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- The item is not in stock
- The item is backordered
- The item is no longer available under the promotional offer
- A pricing discrepancy or error has occurred
- The order is suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorized
If any issues arise during the verification process, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the situation and discuss possible alternatives.
To protect our customers and our business, TruSimPlay may also perform additional verification to confirm billing and shipping details before capturing payment. This process helps prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
Currency and Billing
All orders are billed in U.S. dollars (USD). The billing descriptor on your statement will reflect our registered merchant name: Veluxe Collections LLC. We do not process or accept international payments.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Because all of our products are fulfilled directly by manufacturers, refund eligibility and processing timelines may vary by brand. Each product page includes a Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy tab with specific brand policies.
Once a refund is approved, funds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Payment Failures & Notifications
If a payment attempt fails, we will notify you promptly and request an alternate payment method. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be canceled. We’ll always attempt to reach you first before canceling to avoid any disruption.
If a captured payment is later declined or reversed by your payment provider, we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue. Orders with unresolved payment issues may be canceled, and any shipped items may be subject to return and restocking fees as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud
If you believe there is an error or issue with a charge, please contact support@trusimplay.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in TruSimPlay taking recovery actions, including working with your financial institution, collections, or pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.
We value open communication and will always work with you in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through PCI-compliant and encrypted gateways to ensure your information remains safe and confidential. TruSimPlay does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers.
