At TruSimPlay, we’re committed to delivering your simulator equipment with speed, care, and transparency. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, processing, and delivery.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, pending stock availability. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
For backordered or custom items, estimated lead times are provided on the product page. These timeframes are subject to change due to manufacturing schedules or shipping carrier delays.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement to avoid a 3% processing fee. To cancel, email us at support@trusimplay.com as soon as possible.
Orders that have already shipped will follow our standard return policy and may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options depending on your order’s size, weight, and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless specified otherwise (e.g., free shipping promotions). Most standard deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days within the U.S.
Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Heavier or oversized items may require freight shipping, which can take longer and requires scheduling a delivery time.
Backordered Items
If an item is backordered, we’ll notify you with an updated ETA. You can choose to wait or cancel the order. Please note that delays caused by manufacturers or shipping partners are beyond our control and do not qualify for penalty-free cancellations after the 24-hour window.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to size restrictions on our products.
Freight Shipments for Large Orders
Products like full enclosures or motion platforms ship via freight carriers. You’ll be contacted to schedule a delivery window. You’re responsible for inspecting the shipment before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
Receiving & Inspection
Inspect all packages upon delivery. If you see damage, do not sign until it’s noted on the delivery receipt. Take photos and contact support@trusimplay.com within 24 hours. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be honored.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with reliable carriers, TruSimPlay is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping services. We will support you in resolving any shipment issues and appreciate your patience, especially during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Fees & Promotions
Shipping costs are shown at checkout unless otherwise indicated. Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible products and standard ground service. Oversized or freight-shipped items may be excluded.
