Manufacturer Shipping Policy

TruSimPlay coordinates the production and shipment of all products to ensure reliable, timely delivery. Most items ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the build schedule and product type. Hornung's Policy: This product ships from Hornung’s, an authorized Garmin distributor. All shipments are sent F.O.B. Fond du Lac, WI, and will be delivered using the most economical carrier unless otherwise specified.

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

TruSimPlay processes all returns in accordance with each manufacturer’s published return policy. Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. Hornung's Policy: A return authorization number is required for all merchandise returns. Please have your order or invoice number available when requesting authorization. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped in error. Credit is issued once the merchandise is received and processed at Hornung’s warehouse.
