Manufacturer Shipping Policy
At TruSimPlay, every product is hand-selected from the most trusted names in simulation. We partner directly with premium manufacturers to ensure authentic products, expert support, and a seamless ownership experience, all in one place.
Note: This product ships directly from Hornung’s, an authorized Garmin distributor. Shipping timelines, rates, and return procedures follow Hornung’s shipping and warranty policies and may differ from TruSimPlay’s standard terms.
All shipments are F.O.B. Fond du Lac, WI. Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise will be shipped via most economical carrier.
Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy
No return of merchandise will be accepted without an authorization number issued by Hornung's customer service department. If calling for authorization, please have your order number or invoice number available. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned merchandise (unless item is defective, damaged upon receipt, or was shipped in error). Credit will be issued after merchandise arrives in Hornung's warehouse.
The Garmin Approach products (R10 & R50) are covered by Garmin’s standard limited warranty, ensuring solid support, durability, and peace of mind from this trusted brand. Exact warranty information can be found HERE.
FAQs
Can anyone order from Hornungs.com?
Since Hornungs Golf is a golf product distributor, only pre-registered Hornungs Golf accounts can order at Hornungs.com.
I am already a Hornung's customer, but I cannot place orders online. Now what?
If you already have an account with Hornung's Golf, great, just contact Customer Service at 800.323.3569 and they will get you setup for online ordering.
Do I need to provide a Credit Card to be able to place an order online?
Nope.....once we ship the order you placed at Hornungs.com, you will get billed using the same terms you would if you placed the order via phone, fax, email, etc.
Why can't I see product pricing?
Once you log on using your account username and password, you will be able to view product pricing, print off the latest price list as a .pdf file and have access to all product options.
Shipments
All shipments are FOB Fond du Lac, WI. Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise will be shipped via most economical carrier. Drop shipments are sent FOB manufacturer's location (if sent via motor freight, you may be required to pay transportation charges upon delivery).
Claims
Shortage claims must be made within five days of receipt of merchandise.
