Manufacturer Shipping Policy

TruSimPlay coordinates the production and shipment of all products to ensure reliable, timely delivery. Most items ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the build schedule and product type. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. For full details, please refer to the TruSimPlay Shipping Policy.

SimBooth Policy: SimBooth products ship via freight due to their size and packaging requirements.

  • SimBooth 1 & 2: Ship on a 6' × 4' pallet.
  • SimBooth 3: Ships on a 6' × 4' pallet and includes a turf mat (18" diameter × 15' long).
  • SimBooth 4: Ships on two 6' × 4' pallets and includes a turf mat (18" diameter × 15' long).

All SimBooth shipments include liftgate service. The truck will deliver the pallet as close to the entrance as possible, but carriers do not move freight inside homes or facilities. Please ensure adequate assistance is available on delivery day.

The carrier will contact you approximately 24 hours before delivery. Transit time may take up to 14 business days.

A signature is required at delivery. If no one is available, detention or redelivery fees may apply.

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

TruSimPlay processes all returns in accordance with each manufacturer’s published return policy. Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. SimBooth Policy: SimBooth products are covered by Sim Sports Corporation’s manufacturer warranty. This warranty applies only to customers and authorized resellers who purchase directly from Sim Sports Corporation or its approved partners.

Warranty Coverage

  • Aluminum booth structure: 5 years
  • Panels, flooring, turf, and back impact mesh: 1 year
  • Hitting mat and white projection screen: 1 year (fabrication defects only)
  • IDRA Launch Monitor: 2 years
  • BenQ LH600ST / LK936ST projectors: Covered under BenQ manufacturer warranty

Additional IDRA II Warranty Information

The IDRA II launch monitor includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:

  • misuse or abuse
  • accidents
  • unauthorized modifications
  • improper installation
  • normal wear and tear
  • acts of nature

Customers must notify Sim Sports Corporation of any defect within 7 days of discovery and provide proof of purchase and a detailed description. Additional information is available at IDRA II Warranty

Additional Warranty Information

A 2-year worry-free warranty covers the IDRA II launch monitor. SimBooth provides robust support and documentation. Including an Installation Guide for Kit 1 and Kit 1 4K and Technical Plan to ensure smooth setup and long-lasting performance.
