TruSimPlay coordinates the production and shipment of all products to ensure reliable, timely delivery. Most items ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the build schedule and product type. SimBooth Policy: SimBooth products ship via freight due to their size and packaging requirements.

SimBooth 1 & 2: Ship on a 6' × 4' pallet.

SimBooth 3: Ships on a 6' × 4' pallet and includes a turf mat (18" diameter × 15' long).

SimBooth 4: Ships on two 6' × 4' pallets and includes a turf mat (18" diameter × 15' long).
All SimBooth shipments include liftgate service. The truck will deliver the pallet as close to the entrance as possible, but carriers do not move freight inside homes or facilities. Please ensure adequate assistance is available on delivery day.
The carrier will contact you approximately 24 hours before delivery. Transit time may take up to 14 business days.
A signature is required at delivery. If no one is available, detention or redelivery fees may apply.
Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy
TruSimPlay processes all returns in accordance with each manufacturer’s published return policy. Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. Additional IDRA II Warranty Information
The IDRA II launch monitor includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- misuse or abuse
- accidents
- unauthorized modifications
- improper installation
- normal wear and tear
- acts of nature

SimBooth 1 require a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet. SimBooth 2 require a minimum ceiling height of 9' 7”. The ideal height depends on how tall you are and your swing. Typically, the ideal height is 10 feet. SimBooth 3 requires a minimum ceiling height of 9’ 11”. SimBooth 4 requires a minimum ceiling height of 10’ 7”.

The minimum width required for SimBooth 1 and 2 depends on the chosen golf simulator technology and where they require you to stand to hit your ball. Typically we recommend between 13 to 15 feet. SimBooth 3 requires 14’ 8’’. SimBooth 4 requires 16’ 6’’.

SimBooth 1 and 2 require a minimum depth of 16 feet. SimBooth 3 and 4 require a minimum depth of 19 feet. This is the minimum space for you to play. You may want to plan additional space for guest seating.
