Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

Advanced SimRacing Return Policy

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Electronic products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Open-box returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Requirements

Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received and inspected by Advanced SimRacing.

All returns must:

  • Be shipped via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or DHL
  • Include Signature Required service

Returns shipped without an approved carrier or signature confirmation will be refused. Advanced SimRacing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unconfirmed return shipments.

Customers are also responsible for securely packaging returns. Items damaged due to improper packaging or handling may not qualify for a full refund.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@advancedsimracing.com. Once approved, customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting a carrier
  • Packaging the item
  • Shipping the return

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Discounted Items

Discounted items are non-refundable if opened. To qualify for a return, the box must remain sealed. Open-box discounted items returned to us will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Special orders
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Advanced SimRacing Lifetime Warranty

Advanced SimRacing-branded products include a free lifetime replacement warranty covering hardware durability issues resulting from proper residential use and assembly.

Covered components include:

  • Hardware parts
  • Aluminum profiles/beams
  • Steel plates and gussets

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Commercial, rental, or non-residential use
  • Improper assembly, handling, maintenance, or care
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage
  • Cosmetic wear including scratches or paint chipping
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused during transport by carriers or customers
  • Buyer’s remorse

Seat Fitment Policy

If a seat does not fit properly, we can offer either:

  • Store credit, or
  • A full refund

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our Montreal, Canada workshop. Please review all seat measurements and specifications carefully before ordering.
