Manufacturer Shipping Policy
TruSimPlay coordinates the production and shipment of all products to ensure reliable, timely delivery. Most items ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the build schedule and product type. BenQ Policy: This product includes free ground shipping within the lower 48 U.S. states.
Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy
TruSimPlay processes all returns in accordance with each manufacturer’s published return policy. Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. BenQ Policy: BenQ products may be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 business days for a full refund. All returns must include the original packaging and all accessories.
Return Conditions
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee may apply to select products or if physical damage is present that was not caused by BenQ or the shipping carrier.
- Missing items (e.g., remote control) may incur additional charges.
- Refunds are processed once the product is received at a BenQ warehouse; processing typically takes 2–3 weeks.
Warranty Coverage
BenQ offers a 3-year limited warranty on projectors, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- Warranty service includes repair or replacement through BenQ’s authorized service network.
- The BenQ LU935ST Short Throw Laser Projector includes 3-year or 20,000-hour laser light source coverage (whichever comes first).

- If the product is within the warranty period, BenQ provides a free return shipping label to the nearest service center.
- BenQ does not provide replacement boxes or packing materials; using the original packaging is strongly recommended.
- For out-of-warranty items, the customer is responsible for shipping and any repair costs.
- Warranty service is available only in the U.S. and Canada.
Warranty claims must be initiated before the warranty period expires. If a claim is not submitted in time, service may be treated as out-of-warranty, and associated costs become the customer’s responsibility.
