Manufacturer Shipping Policy

Note: This product ships directly from the manufacturer. Shipping rates, delivery times, and return policies are determined by the supplier and may differ from TruSimPlay’s standard terms.
This product includes free ground shipping within the lower 48 U.S. states.
Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy
Any product purchased may be returned within 30 days of its original shipping date with free shipping. Products that arrived damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days to qualify for a full refund. All products must be returned in the original packaging with all original items in the box.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee will apply on select products and if there is physical damage not caused by BenQ or the shipping carrier. Any additional damage or missing items (i.e. remote control) will result in an additional charge.
If a warranty claim is not initiated and the product is not sent in for service before the warranty period expires, BenQ is no longer responsible for honoring the warranty claim. In such cases, the repair or service may be considered out-of-warranty, and the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.
Refunds are issued once returned items have been received by BenQ warehouse and it usually takes 2-3 weeks to process. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
BenQ offers a 3-year limited warranty on its projectors, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty service includes repair or replacement through BenQ’s authorized service network. The BenQ LU935ST Short Throw Laser Projector also includes 3-year or 20,000-hour laser light source coverage (whichever comes first), ensuring long-term reliability and uninterrupted performance for your golf simulator setup. If the product is still within the warranty period, BenQ will provide a free shipping label to our nearest available service center. We recommend using the original box as we do not provide the packaging or packing materials needed for an RMA. If the product is out of warranty, then the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping and all repair costs, if applicable. Warranty is only available for US and Canada.
