Manufacturer Shipping Policy

At TruSimPlay, every product is hand-selected from the most trusted names in simulation. We partner directly with premium manufacturers to ensure authentic products, expert support, and a seamless ownership experience, all in one place.

Note: This product ships directly from the manufacturer. Shipping rates, delivery times, and return policies are determined by the supplier and may differ from TruSimPlay’s standard terms.

Free shipping applies to any country of any region globally as long as the order made by the customer is over $900. However, if you are not an EU citizen, you’ll be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities, and we’re unable to provide exact estimates in advance as they vary by country.

• We only dispatch paid orders.
• It is not possible to request C.O.D. deliveries.
• All parcels will be shipped via DHL worldwide.
• DHL will charge the shipping directly upon ordering. The rate of the shipping depends on the total weight of the shipment and the shipping address. If the volume weight is higher than the actual weight, the volume weight will actually be the calculation base.
• The dispatch will be executed from our warehouse to the shipping address provided by the customer.
• We always strive to ship your order as soon as we can: in the case your shipment’s departure from our warehouse is delayed for any reason, we will immediately inform you via email.
• The shipment is not covered by a special insurance, but the carrier bears for any damage and lost.
• About our shipments specifically:
  • Orders of Accessories placed before 8.30 am GMT+1 will usually be shipped out the same day depending on our stock availability.
  • Orders of Steering Wheels will usually be shipped in three working days.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
  • We do not dispatch goods on weekends.
  • For Russia we only offer local post delivery, as DHL does not provide service for that area.

Express shipping refers to the shipping time provided by our delivery partner and not to the processing time of an order. As soon as our warehouse ships the order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

*The VNM x Cube Controls Direct Drive Bases bundles or the VNM x Cube Controls Direct Drive Bases do not include free shipping in any of their combinations when ordered from any country outside the European Union

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

Cube Controls offers a 14-day withdrawal period that applies only to customers within the European Union, as required by EU consumer law. For customers outside the EU, including the United States, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy. Please contact support@trusimplay before purchasing if you have any questions about eligibility or return procedures for this product.

All our products, as per European law, are guaranteed for 2 years. The Warranty is reduced to 1 year for products purchased for internal usage by B2B customers (e.g. simulation venues using our products on their own sim rigs).
