D-BOX Policy: This product ships directly from Advanced SimRacing, the official distributor for D-BOX systems. D-BOX G3 is made to order and can take 1 to 3 weeks before shipping.

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

D-BOX Policy: Our return policy offers a 30-day window for requesting a return on all items, except for electronic products which have a 14-day refund policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return, with the exception of electronic products which have a 14-day refund policy. However, return shipping costs are not covered in our refund policy. Furthermore, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any and all open box items that are being returned to Advanced SimRacing's warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, you can contact us at info@advancedsimracing.com. If your return is accepted, you will have the responsibility to select your preferred carrier, prepare the items for shipment and hand them off to your carrier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Take note, any return not processed through the official return procedure will incur a 15% restocking fee.

  • Discounted Items - Items that have been purchased at a discount are NON refundable if the box has been opened. For a return to be accepted, the box must be sealed. Any discounted items returned by the buyer with an open box will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.
  • Damages and Issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exceptions / Non-returnable Items - Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can unfortunately not be returned nor refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Return Product Condition - Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items to ensure they arrive in original, undamaged condition. Items that are damaged, scratched, scuffed, etc. due to improper packing or handling may not be eligible for a full refund. Please take care when repacking—returns must meet our quality standards to be accepted.

A complete 2-year warranty provided by D-BOX Technologies inc. effective from the date of purchase. (Factory Reconditioned products only have a 1-year warranty).
