Manufacturer Shipping Policy

TruSimPlay coordinates the production and shipment of all products to ensure reliable, timely delivery. Most items ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the build schedule and product type. DOF Reality Policy: This product adheres to DOF Reality’s established production and shipping process. Their motion platforms are prepared at their Warsaw, Poland facility and shipped using premium carriers such as FedEx or DHL. All shipments are carefully packaged and fully insured for added protection.

Production & Delivery Timeline:

  • Delivery timeframe: typically 3–4 weeks from order to arrival
  • Preparation time: 5–10 days after payment
  • Tracking provided when the shipment departs
  • Some partner accessories (SRS, Sparco, Puma) may ship separately

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International shipments may be subject to tariffs, duties, or import taxes determined by your country’s customs regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and, if applicable, are due upon delivery.

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

TruSimPlay processes all returns in accordance with each manufacturer’s published return policy. Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. DOF Reality Policy: DOF Reality does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or order cancellations. Refunds are only issued if a product is determined to be non-functional and cannot be remedied after coordinated troubleshooting between DOF Reality and the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing all product specifications, compatibility information, and technical details before placing your order.

Warranty Coverage:
Each DOF Reality platform includes a one-year manufacturer warranty, which begins once the product leaves the manufacturing facility. An optional extended +1-year warranty is also available for additional coverage and peace of mind.
