Manufacturer Shipping Policy

DOF Reality Policy: This product adheres to DOF Reality’s established production and shipping process. Their motion platforms are prepared at their Warsaw, Poland facility and shipped using premium carriers such as FedEx or DHL. All shipments are carefully packaged and fully insured for added protection. Some partner accessories (SRS, Sparco, Puma, etc. ) may ship separately

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

DOF Reality Policy:
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after purchase. In the rare event that a product is found to be defective or non-functional, resolution will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and support process.

To ensure the product is right for your setup, we strongly recommend reviewing all specifications, compatibility information, and technical requirements before placing your order.

Warranty Coverage:
Each DOF Reality platform includes a one-year manufacturer warranty, which begins once the product leaves the manufacturing facility. An optional extended +1-year warranty is also available for additional coverage and peace of mind.
