Manufacturer Shipping Policy

TruSimPlay coordinates the production and shipment of all products to ensure reliable, timely delivery. Most items ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the build schedule and product type. Elite Screens Policy: Elite Screens offers free shipping within the continental U.S. (48 states) for the GolfSim DIY Screens Series, GolfSim Portable ImpactWhite® 350 Series, and Designer Cut ImpactWhite® Series.

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

TruSimPlay processes all returns in accordance with each manufacturer’s published return policy. Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. Elite Screens Policy:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
    1. An RMA number is required for all returns.
    2. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date issued.
    3. Returns without a valid and clearly visible RMA may be refused.
  • Return Shipping & Packaging:
    1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    2. Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage; improper packaging may void warranty coverage.
  • Processing of Returns:
    1. After receiving the product, Elite Screens may replace the item or part at no charge, using new or refurbished components.
    2. Replacements depend on stock availability.
  • Liability & Warranty Coverage:
    1. Elite Screens’ liability will not exceed the product’s original retail price.
    2. Replacement parts inherit the remaining warranty period of the original item.

*We consider our impact screens a wearable item and the life of them will vary according to their use. Avoid using golf balls with scuffs or markings to maximize the life of the screen. If possible, use new golf balls. Some creasing may occur but may be removed with a steamer and/or light ironing set to no higher than Polyester.
