Manufacturer Shipping Policy

Note: This product ships directly from the manufacturer. Shipping rates, delivery times, and return policies are determined by the supplier and may differ from TruSimPlay’s standard terms.

Free Shipping is available within the continental U.S. (48 states) for the GolfSim DIY Screens Series, GolfSim Portable ImpactWhite® 350 Series, and Designer Cut ImpactWhite® Series. Due to its larger size and weight, the GolfSim Bay Series includes a flat $275 shipping fee, applied at checkout. Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
1. If you need to return a product, Elite Screens will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
2. The RMA Number is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
3. A valid and visible RMA Number is required for any returns to be processed.
4. Returns without a valid RMA Number may be refused.
• Return Shipping & Packaging:
1. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
2. Ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Improper packaging can seriously damage the screen and will void warranty coverage.
• Processing of Returns:
1. Upon receipt of the returned product, Elite Screens will, at its discretion, replace the product or part at no charge.
2. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished to Elite Screens’ quality standards.
3. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
• Liability & Warranty Coverage:
1. Elite Screens’ liability for replacement will not exceed the original retail price of the product.
2. Replacement products and parts inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product.

*We consider our impact screens a wearable item and the life of them will vary according to their use. Avoid using golf balls with scuffs or markings to maximize the life of the screen. If possible, use new golf balls. Some creasing may occur but may be removed with a steamer and/or light ironing set to no higher than Polyester.
