Manufacturer Shipping Policy

TruSimPlay coordinates the production and shipment of all products to ensure reliable, timely delivery. Most items ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the build schedule and product type. Pro Ski Simulator Policy: Pro Ski Simulator orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Standard transit time is 5–7 business days, though high order volume may result in slight delays. If a significant delay occurs, you will be notified by email or phone.

All Pro Ski Simulator shipments dispatch from the manufacturer’s facility in Slovenia (EU).

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local fees, which are not included in the product price. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

TruSimPlay processes all returns in accordance with each manufacturer’s published return policy. Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. Pro Ski Simulator Policy: Pro Ski Simulator is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. All original packaging and damaged items must be retained for claim processing.

If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate a cancellation, contact TruSimPlay at 855-522-8787. Once approved, you will receive a return form with instructions for sending the product back to the manufacturer.
