All Pro Ski Simulator shipments dispatch from the manufacturer’s facility in Slovenia (EU).

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

Pro Ski Simulator Policy: Pro Ski Simulator is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. All original packaging and damaged items must be retained for claim processing.

If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate a cancellation, contact TruSimPlay at 855-522-8787. Once approved, you will receive a return form with instructions for sending the product back to the manufacturer.
