All shipments are sent from our factory in Slovenia (EU).

Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy

PRO SKI Simulator is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase or return the package, you may do so within 14 days from receiving your products. To cancel your purchase, please contact our support at 855-522-8787. When the cancellation is confirmed, you will be provided with a return form, which will enable you to return the product(s) to the manufacturer.
