This versatile Add-On for your ASR Chassis allows you to mount a wide range of shifters and handbrakes directly to the profile for a fully customized setup. In addition to enhancing compatibility with multiple manufacturers—especially when paired with Advanced SimRacing’s Handbrake Plate and Shifter Plate—it also adds extra stability to the ASR 1 SimRacing Chassis by connecting the steering column to the base profiles. Built for adaptability and performance, this accessory gives sim racers the flexibility to expand their controls while reinforcing their rig for a more solid, immersive driving experience. Advanced SimRacing Policy: Advanced SimRacing ships this product directly and offers:

FREE SHIPPING over 100$ to all of the Continental U.S. and Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut).
- We ship from Montreal in Canada.
- All shipments are sent out with SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If you cannot be home to receive your shipments, you need to contact the carrier and request a re-delivery, or a hold for pick-up at an access point.
- If you refuse your incoming shipment for any reason, and that results in item(s) being returned to Advanced SimRacing's headquarters in Montreal, you will only receive a refund equivalent to 90% of the invoiced goods. Advanced SimRacing will not reimbursed any fees or tariffs charged by the carrier.
- We are unable to guarantee any order modifications after an order is fulfilled.
- Once your package is out for delivery, we are unable to process any delivery address changes.
- Our typical lead time before shipping out orders is 5 to 7 business days. This varies depending on the purchased items and our shipping queue.
- Once the items have shipped, transit time typically takes between 2 and 4 business days
- Please note that all large items, such as our SimRacing Chassis, Monitor Stands and Racing Seats, might not arrive on the same day as other parts of your order. Because of their weight and size, these boxes get sorted differently at our shipping partner's logistics hub.
- Advanced SimRacing DOES NOT COVER California's Use Tax. Tax collected by retailers in California is called sales tax, and the retailer is responsible for reporting and paying the tax to the state. When an out-of-state or online retailer doesn't collect the tax for an item delivered to California, the purchaser may owe "use tax," which is simply a tax on the use, storage, or consumption of personal property in California.
Manufacturer Returns & Warranty Policy
TruSimPlay facilitates all returns in accordance with each manufacturer’s policy. Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. For full details about our process and applicable restocking fees, please refer to the TruSimPlay Return & Refund Policy.
Advanced SimRacing Policy: Our return policy offers a 30-day window for requesting a return on all items, except for electronic products which have a 14-day refund policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return, with the exception of electronic products which have a 14-day refund policy. However, return shipping costs are not covered in our refund policy. Furthermore, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any and all open box items that are being returned to Advanced SimRacing's warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us at info@advancedsimracing.com . If your return is accepted, you will have the responsibility to select your preferred carrier, prepare the items for shipment and hand them off to your carrier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Take note, any return not processed through the official return procedure will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Discounted Items
Items that have been purchased at a discount are NON refundable if the box has been opened. For a return to be accepted, the box must be sealed. Any discounted items returned by the buyer with an open box will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can unfortunately not be returned nor refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Product Condition
Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items to ensure they arrive in original, undamaged condition. Items that are damaged, scratched, scuffed, etc. due to improper packing or handling may not be eligible for a full refund. Please take care when repacking—returns must meet our quality standards to be accepted.
Advanced SimRacing-brand products come with a free and complete lifetime replacement warranty that covers any and all hardware durability issue and damage stemming from proper assembly and residential usage of the product. All hardware parts, aluminum beams and steel plates or gussets are covered under this warranty. Please contact info@advancedsimracing.com for information or claims in regards to this lifetime warranty.
Warranty coverage limitations:
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental, contract trade or commercial use
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate manipulation, maintenance or care of the product
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
- Any esthetic damage such as scratches and chipping that might occur during normal residential manipulation, assembly and operation of the product
- Normal and expected wear and tear
- Damages incurred during transportation by our shipping partners or by the customers upon reception of the product
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse.
- If the seat you ordered is too tight and doesn't fit properly, we can offer a store credit or a full refund, but you will have to pay return shipping to our workshop in Montreal, Canada. We highly advise that you pay close attention to our specifications and measurements before placing your order.
